For parents

10 minutes a day beats one long session. Stop while it is still fun.
Accuracy first. Speed comes on its own. Praise 3 stars, not fast times.
Finish all five steps at Beginner before trying Advanced.
After a sentence, ask your child what it means. The lesson sticks when they can say it in their own words.
If your child peeks at the keys, gently cover their hands with a tea towel.
